Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing is an evidence based, 8 Phase treatment method for healing trauma and other mental health symptoms. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation via eye movements, tapping, audio or another form to allow the brain to reprocess memories that have been stored in a maladaptive manner. Somatic EMDR prioritizes the mind-body connection through tracking, noticing, and staying with sensations, movements and expressions, enabling enough presence to allow memories to be reprocessed while simultaneously building resilience in the nervous system.

I am no longer offering 1:1 sessions for solely Nutrition Support however if you are a Therapy client of mine you will have access to nutritional guidance within your sessions.

Sessions are $148.00 per 60 minute session (No HST). You will receive an invoice that can be submitted to your benefit provider should you have coverage for Social Work Services. I can provide in person and/or online sessions. Outdoor Sessions are available during summer months.

I offer deep, reflective sessions and prefer to work with people who are committed to attending regularly and consistently.

If you have been a victim of a violent crime in the last 6 months, or have endured historical childhood sexual abuse you may be eligible for funding through VQRP. As an approved provider I can bill VQRP directly. There will be no upfront cost to you.

I offer Outdoor Nature Based Therapy Sessions on my private trails in Huron County Ontario (10 minutes from Goderich). We will leverage the healing power of nature to support your therapeutic process. Choose to walk and explore the trails while you process or you can choose to stay seated at my “outdoor office”.

For the 2025 season outdoor therapy runs from May 29th to the end of October. Sessions are available bi-weekly Thursdays. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes.
